Kitron Lanškroun

In 2018, we designed a comprehensive wayfinding and signage system for the administrative building of Wendell Electronics, which was subsequently awarded as Building of the Year. After its acquisition by the Danish company BB Electronics, we were able to continue with the original concept due to the similar color schemes of both brands. However, the situation changed in 2023 when the Norwegian company Kitron took over. The new corporate colors required a complete rebranding of the entire site’s signage.

Our task was to design and install entirely new 3D illuminated logos on the facade of the administrative building within just five weeks, while discreetly covering the original, milled Wendell logo in the concrete. It was essential to respect the original architectural values of the building and obtain approval from the building’s architect.

Within the same timeframe, we also completed the full signage of a newly constructed warehouse hall. Concurrently, interior rebranding took place—including redesigning the reception area, installing new 3D logos in meeting rooms, door signage, applying the company’s motto on the wall, and creating an original graphic map of the company’s operations. We designed this map to combine craftsmanship with functional use of space.

Later, we addressed simple exterior wayfinding that intuitively connects the two buildings, approximately 400 meters apart and separated by a roadway.

Thanks to a clearly defined strategy, efficient project management, and close collaboration among all parties involved, we successfully completed the project promptly with meticulous attention to detail.​

The result is a modern, clear, and welcoming environment that meets the client’s needs and enhances daily navigation for all users of the space.​
